Salesforce Database Customization

Project details

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
  • We currently have A salesforce org that we have started to develop, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Miro Boards of our organizations work flow, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to Feed more people in need.

We want to streamline our organizations operations and replace all the different software's we are using with salesforce.

Our mission

Our Big Kitchen, OBK, nourishes, educates, empowers and supports people in need and always with love. Last year we distributed over 80, 000 meals to disadvantaged Australians. OBK does this through meaningful volunteering experiences where people from all walks of life can connect through doing good. Food and giving meals is the positive end result, but the journey of how the meal was made is just as important.
